Whimsy@Work LLC was founded on the premise that authentic human connection through storytelling, mutual respect, a sense of play, and a healthy dose of humor open up creative pathways to innovation. Throughout my career in higher ed, I leveraged exercises and techniques to deliver “impossible” on-time, on-budget business change projects: a new budget and planning system at Harvard; a finance transformation at UC-Berkeley; and the implementation of an enterprise cloud data warehouse at UW-Madison.

As an experienced keynote speaker, panel lead, trainer, and presenter, I can deliver engaging, fun, and educational sessions that deeply engage an audience, or coach you through delivering one of your own, leveraging leadership presence and storytelling for impact.

A former PMP, I am particularly adept at guiding higher ed executives in major technology-affiliated change programs.

As a certified executive coach, I can guide you through the hard parts of getting new programs off the ground, or just provide guidance on building your career in data.
